These terms apply to experiences booked with Sorabora Wewa.
Bookings and confirmation
An experience is confirmed only when we reply in writing with the date, time and meeting point. Prices, durations and inclusions are confirmed at that stage.
Weather and conditions
Experiences take place on open water and are weather dependent. We may reschedule or adjust an experience where conditions require it, always for reasons of safety.
Wildlife
Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed. All wildlife encounters are subject to animal behaviour, season and local conditions.
Safety and participation
Guests must follow the guidance of our boatmen and guides at all times, and wear buoyancy aids on the water. Please tell us in advance about swimming ability, mobility needs, medical conditions or young children in the group.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shared with your booking confirmation and vary with the experience and group size.
Responsibility
Guests take part in outdoor activities in a natural environment. We take reasonable care to run experiences safely, and ask guests to take reasonable care of themselves, their belongings and the place.
Respect for the place
Please take nothing from the lake or the land, leave no waste behind, and photograph the people you meet only with their permission.
